4. Tracking

5. Address, re-delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we may:

    • re-ship at additional cost, or

    • refund after deducting shipping and handling charges (where applicable).

 

6. COD (if applicable)

  • COD availability depends on your pin code and courier serviceability.

  • Additional COD fee: ₹200

 

7. Damaged packages

If the package looks tampered or damaged at delivery, please:

  • Take photos/videos immediately, and

8. International shipping

  • We may ship internationally to select countries.

  • Customs duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged by the destination country.
