RETURN & REFUND POLICY — Zariyaa Ayurveda

We want you to have a great experience with Zariyaa Ayurveda. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for returns

A return is eligible only if:

  • You received a wrong item, missing item, or damaged/defective item, or

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (where returns are permitted).

Important hygiene/safety note: For products like oils, skincare, haircare, teas, supplements, or any consumable/personal-care items, opened or used products are not returnable, unless they arrived damaged/defective or incorrect.

 

2. Return window

  • You must raise a return request within [7] days of delivery.

  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

 

3. How to request a return/refund

Email/WhatsApp us at [support@zariyaayurveda.com/ 9530273767] with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the package and product (mandatory for damage/defect claims)

  • A brief description of the issue

Damaged items: Please share photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.

 

4. Return approvals & pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup (where serviceable) or share a return shipping address.

  • Items must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

 

5. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within [7–10] business days after the returned item passes inspection, or after confirmation for damage/wrong item cases.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refund may be processed to bank account/UPI provided by you.

 

6. Replacement

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (especially for wrong/damaged items), subject to stock availability.

 

7. Non-returnable items (unless damaged/wrong)

  • Opened/used products

  • Products with tampered seals/packaging

  • Gift cards (if any)

  • Items marked “Final Sale / No Return” on the product page

 

8. Order cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within [4 hours] of placing the order, only if not shipped.

  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy will apply (if eligible).

 

9. Shipping fees and return shipping costs

  • If we made an error (wrong item/damaged/defective), we bear the return shipping cost.

  • For “change of mind” returns (if allowed), shipping/return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 1 month, in line with India’s e-commerce rules.
